This Privacy Policy explains how Pixweave ("we", "us") collects and uses your information when you use our website and the embedded upscaler app. Questions? support@yourdomain.com.

What we collect

• Payments via PayPal. We receive limited billing details (payer name, email, country, transaction ID). We do not receive or store card numbers.
• Usage limits. Plan counters are stored locally via localStorage and are not sent to our servers.
• Images you upload. Processing runs on Hugging Face Spaces; files are kept only for processing & download, then discarded.
• Logs & hosting data. GitHub Pages and Hugging Face may log IPs/devices for security; see their policies.

Cookies & local storage

Used to remember your plan and enforce quotas. Clearing site data resets counters and may revert to Free.

Legal bases (EEA/UK)

• Contract performance, Legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improvements), Consent where required.

Sharing with processors

• PayPal — payments
• Hugging Face, Inc. — app hosting & inference
• GitHub, Inc. — static site hosting

Retention

Transaction records per tax/accounting law; provider logs per their policies; images not retained after processing.

International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country; providers use transfer safeguards where required.

Not for children under 13 (or 16 in some regions).

1. Service

Pixweave upscales images (2× or 4×). Free plan adds a watermark and daily limits. Pro/Studio remove the watermark and increase limits.

2. Payments & subscriptions

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store card details. Manage or cancel recurring payments in your PayPal account.

3. Refunds

Technical issues? Email support@yourdomain.com within 7 days. Refunds are discretionary, considering usage and troubleshooting.

4. Fair use & limits

Do not bypass plan limits or remove watermarks on the Free plan. Limits/pricing may change with notice on the site.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, exploitative, or violent content. We may suspend access for abuse/security reasons.

6. Ownership

You own your images; you grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service.

7. Availability & changes

Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. Liability limited to amounts paid in the prior 3 months, where permitted.

8. Governing law

Serbian law; courts of Belgrade (unless mandatory law says otherwise).
